很多朋友都有這樣的疑問：恒坤為什么要開發(fā)麒麟光學(xué)平臺？

眾所周知，做專業(yè)的光學(xué)透鏡，從研發(fā)到模具再到生產(chǎn)，每開發(fā)一個產(chǎn)品，這種完整的工業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)潜貍錀l件。

After the exhibition, many guests contacted us to inquire about the product information of Kirin platform. So I sorted out my ideas, and systematically explained the relevant information about the Kirin platform. Many friends have this question: Why did Herculux develop the Kirin optical platform?

As we all know, this complete industrial chain is a prerequisite for every product we develop from R&D to molds to production of professional optical lenses.

從圖片的麒麟大轉(zhuǎn)盤可以看到，這個平臺上的產(chǎn)品是非常多的，恒坤之所以耗費(fèi)大量的時間，人力，財力去開發(fā)這個平臺，為的就是幫助客人解決問題，節(jié)約成本。

As you can see from the Kirin turntable in the picture, there are many products on this platform. The reason why we spends a lot of time, manpower and financial resources to develop this platform is to help customers solve problems and save costs.

麒麟光學(xué)平臺的開發(fā)，幫助客人解決了以下痛點(diǎn)：

一：蜂窩孔散熱器現(xiàn)象 Radiator honeycomb hole

由于設(shè)計(jì)師或者終端客人要求變更光學(xué)效果，需要更換光源或者透鏡，避免不了光源支架的更換，導(dǎo)致散熱器上需要針對不同的支架進(jìn)行打孔，最終散熱器上出現(xiàn)若干對螺絲孔，安裝和定位極其不方便，工廠的生產(chǎn)裝配效率也受影響。

As designers or terminal customers require changes in optical effects (COB, lens, COB holder), which will result in the need to perforate different brackets on the radiator. That will lead to the punch holes for different holder on the heat sink. Finally several pairs of screw holes appear on the radiator, which is extremely inconvenient for installation and positioning, the production and assembly efficiency of the factory is also affected.

二：免焊支架適配性差The solder-free holder has poor adaptability

這個現(xiàn)象，國外的客人比較容易遇到，常規(guī)的光學(xué)，無法跟BJB等免焊支架進(jìn)行裝配，而且可焊線的支架也無法與之互換，導(dǎo)致一些做出口燈具的客戶，需要針對免焊支架單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)散熱器和燈具，造成重復(fù)開發(fā)投入。

This problem may be more common for foreign customers. Conventional optics cannot be assembled with solder-free holder such as BJB.Further more, the solderable holder can not be interchanged with it. This has caused some customers who are exporting lamps to design radiators and lamps separately for solder-free holder, causing repeated development investment.

三：深防眩效果差 Bad deep anti-glare effect

有些燈具即使做了防眩結(jié)構(gòu)，由于透鏡本身防眩處理不好，導(dǎo)致整個燈具非常依舊刺眼。

Some lighting are still very dazzling even if they are made of anti-glare structure cause the lens itself is not handled properly.

四：深防眩洗墻光斑分層 Deep anti-glare wall washing spot layering

為了做更好的防眩效果，燈具廠家不得不加更深的防眩罩，防眩效果有了，但是偏光洗墻的時候，光斑出現(xiàn)分層，不均勻等現(xiàn)象。

In order to do a better anti-glare effect, lighting manufacturers have to more focus on deeper anti-glare shield, anti-glare effect achieved but polarized wall wash when delamination spots, uneven and other problems.

五：光學(xué)互換性差 Bad Optical Interchange

常規(guī)的透鏡，由于定位方式，安裝結(jié)構(gòu)等因素，導(dǎo)致不同應(yīng)用的光學(xué)透鏡，無法進(jìn)行一比一互換。當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)師需要快速看到其他應(yīng)用的效果時，燈具廠家需要針對不同的透鏡，不斷的調(diào)整燈具結(jié)構(gòu)，非常的麻煩。

Conventional lenses cannot be interchanged pin-to-pin for optical lenses of different applications due to factors such as positioning method and installation structure. When designers need to see the effects of other applications when designing, the luminaire manufacturer needs to respond quickly to continuously adjust the structure of the luminaire for different lenses, which makes the factory very troublesome.
